Ledora A. Brown has more than a decade’s experience working in PR agencies and corporate communications across various industries. She landed her first agency position at Pitch Publicity in 2008 as a media coordinator, where she met her mentor and colleague Amy Summers.
Since then, Brown has secured hundreds of earned media opportunities for national and international clients with major media outlets including FOX News, CNN, HLN, ABC News, NBC,CBS, CW, Associated Press and E.W. Scripps Co. She has also planned and directed major events for corporations and non-profits in New York and Los Angeles.
A natural problem solver, her pragmatic and proactive communications style is ideal for developing and implementing short and long-term campaign strategies and tactics while engaging stakeholders.
Brown is the Senior Public Relations Manager for BlueGrace Logistics, one of the country’s largest Third-Party Logistics operators. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, with a minor in Sports Administration from Howard University; while there, she was inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Lambda Pi Eta National Communications Honor Society and was a member of Howard’s Debate Team. Ledora serves her community as editor for the Greater Tampa Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. where she is based in Tampa, Florida.
