Heather Jackson is co-founder of GenM, the menopause partner for brands, alongside Sam Simister. A growing collective, GenM is partnered with 80 of the world’s most recognized brands including IFF, Walgreens Boots Alliance, LYMA, I-Health, Womaness, MAS Holdings and Marks & Spencer – empowering them to support and serve the menopause in a purposeful and commercial way.
Over a lengthy career, Heather has received several prestigious awards for her work and has become a serial entrepreneur with a passion for social movement and extensive experience in the field of diversity, gender-balanced business and talent management.
Among many achievements, Heather is proud to have supported over 150 organizations on the issue of Balanced Business and to have seen over 30,000 supported through her talent development program while reaching many thousand more aspiring leaders with her conference ‘The Balanced Business Forum’ which became recognized as the world's first gender balanced conference. Heather is a regular speaker and contributor to the media including BBC News, Sky, Forbes and Financial Times.
